On-Call Calibration Technician

The On-call Calibration Technician will perform calibrations of Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment used in the Life Sciences, RF and Semiconductor/Electronic Components markets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- TMDE/PMEL certified or Associates degree in Electrical Technologies
- 3 years Calibration experience preferred
- Power and hand tools
- Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds without assistance; occasional standing and bending required.
- Work will depend on workload Primarily responsible for General Purpose and Physical Dimensional Calibration
This is a team atmosphere primarily in a laboratory or manufacturing environment at a SIMCO location and/or customer sites, and the position could require some travel. This is an on-call position.
